Whether you return to your original tact of claiming his love and mercy is showcased by rape and genocide, or whether you prefer your latest twist (that He has a right to judge--and that His mercy and love is demonstrated by his abdication of that right, and by his tacit approval of atrocities)--you have made neither case.
