ALU's into China operations and partnerships. I don't see much for co's on that side of the pond (except for a few in Japan) that do this... jf...

Construction of the cable system is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2007 and to be completed in the third quarter of 2008, in time for the Beijing Olympics. jf...
