I know! My subprime sources are in a deeeeep funk and they aren't enjoying it despite the fact that they have an extremely low cost of production. But that doesn't help if production isn't happening!

Last month in the Dallas Fort-Worth area they posted another 3,500 homes for foreclosure. About 2,000 a month are actually being repossessed. I am sure that is not competition they planned on in their business plans.
