Input prices DO matter. Prices are set by the interplay of demand AND supply. You take yourself so very, very seriously but your statements make it hard to read your posts without laughing out loud. I know you enjoy this hobby of doing a blog and playing at being an economic guru -- it is good to have a hobby and everybody enjoys a good fantasy from time to time. But until you get the kinks worked out of your 'theory' perhaps you should not take yourself quite so seriously.
