I've always encouraged fair wages.

I run a bunch of salespeople and they make very good money... I could replace them for much less. Everytime I restructure the compensation plan I take a percentage out of my compensation and the companies GP and add it to the salesforce compensation. But we all make more money because the pie gets bigger.

Do you believe that the floor sweeper should earn a living wage?

Did you hear me complain? Just give the guy that sweeps the floor 1% of that amount. Fair, right?

You guys were talking bonuses, not salaries. Switching in midstream....isn't that a strawman?
