OK Cheeky, heres what to do IMO. You have his name obviously and web site. I doubt this guy is going to scam us here on SI because I don't think he would want to ruin it for the future. So.....if this turns out to be phoney baloney later on I suggest you NOW make a list of people who bought in on it and at what price so that there could be legal ramifications later on if the company turns out to be engaged in anything illegal. This way he can say what he wants but because and only because he has a web site and is an overt pumper he could sort of be on special watch? So far he has done nothing wrong except offend some sensibilities I assume he gets paid but here's the problem. There are others here that do research and are compted, like zoo york and some others. Many here have newsletters like Mish and Claude Cormier and while the styles are opposites and it pains me to bring them up in the same sentence but I think, to be fair, let him continue and hope he will grow up a bit and learn that this isn't Yahoo or Stockhouse.
