quit encouraging the communists on the thread...

Hell, let's cap everyone at 40k and if you don't have a job, you go to the Army. Right comrade?

We should cap Arkansas at about $12k, but first put a big fence around it. Only open the gates when they gotta get to Tennessee to play a game.

Meanwhile.......gotta enjoy these pre-season games before the conference starts. Pac-10s going to be tough this year with 4 top 25 ranked teams...

California 84, Furman 50

BERKELEY, Calif. (AP) -- Ayinde Ubaka considers his decision-making as a point guard simple: He will either find the open man or create a scoring opportunity for himself.

Lately, he's doing everything right.

Ubaka passed for a career-high 11 assists and had no turnovers in California's 84-50 victory over Furman on Tuesday night, giving him 42 assists to seven turnovers over his last six games.

He also finished with 10 points for his ninth straight game scoring in double figures. Ubaka is the first Cal player to pass for 10 or more assists since Shantay Legans had 10 against Arizona State on March 8, 2001.
