Hi John, IMO Maxam is getting ready to do a reverse split. Dale was against continued pressure to do a reverse split in the past (from conversations with him a few years ago). I suspect that the only way Maxam can move forward is to create funding with a destructive to current shareholders reverse split. I think that the MMs that may be arranging funding are also cleaning their books by covering their illegal naked shorts, the recent constant price. I will be selling at the first opportunity. If wrong, I can always buy back. If right, I can buy back for 1/10th the money. JMHO Regards, Richard
