Hello Pezz, Today's Report:

Just got notification of the exact amount of distribution from the tax reserve for gains on the sale of the seafood building.

The HK Inland Revenue Service ruled definitively that our gains are not taxable, as we were not buying/selling buildings for a business, but were simply buying and then selling per good fortune.

The view is a small difference to the officiadom in charge of Freedom Mountain Kowloon and Money Rock Hong Kong, but mean whopper 15% extra goodness to myself and one other of this thread :0)

Now, the holiday music coming out of the sound system seem less nauseating ;0)

Thus fortified with good cheer, I will now take the Coconut to do fancy food shopping, so as to be able to binge eat over the next ten days :0)
