in addition to that, cigarettes are going up in texas by 2 dollars per pack (all in a tax increase effective jan 1). that's nearly a 50% increase.

the average carton would be worth 50 dollars.

got more robberies, black market running, and muggings?

Not sure if that guy should be chief scientist of anything.

The risks posed by beta radiation and unsealed radioactive sources is taught in elementary nuclear physics safety courses.

Hardly an advanced subject.

Mind you there is plenty of DU lying about these days.

One wonders about the security "experts".
