Erik, what percentage of Genmab does Medarex own - prior to this dilution? I know it was 45% at the launch of Genmab, but now?

Yeah, but ImClone got a lot more in upfront cash, as opposed to back end milestones and royalties of one sort or another. On balance, perhaps as big a deal, but not bigger, IMO.
