I brought in a modest older Volvo V70 on German plates so maybe they took me for a semi rich German ;) Actually I drove to Swansea and boarded the over night ferry to Cork. Great food on board and a nice private cabin. Spectacular early morning into the Cork inlet, where in 1912 Titanic picked up most of the 3rd class emigrants, who went down together with Capriati. My son worked for a year at Apple in Cork. Great people to hang with! And a booming economy due to modest taxation and great breaks for the industry. Nothing for our libs though...
