That's great ! What a nice deal. Now stop pretending to be mad at the bank that bought the building and flipped the top floors ;-) your ROI is MUCH higher. Tell them congratulations on their good deal. Maybe, just maybe, send all the bank people a nice Christmas / New Years present. They know you're a smart guy, because you bought at 80 and sold at 385. The bank made money dealing with you - think they might want to deal with you again ? Bankers see lots of deals, including distressed sellers, and have lots of money to lend.
