Richard,
I spoke to Dick and he said they were not thinking anything of a reverse split, He said with the price staying at .04 or above and the fact that to do a reverse split would cost 30 to 40 forty thousand that makes it not feasible and also Dale made a promise to the share holders there would be no reverse split. So I don't expect we will see a reverse split anytime soon
