jf; I think most analysts are late to the party both ways, and only come out with their ups and downs to show they are in the swing. I heard some very bullish stuff on ROBTV yesterday re NT. Like Ray says charts don't lie, but analysts get paid .

SIGA Is trying to test its Dec 20 H. Is up for 3rd day on a roll.
