Neither here. Yet it is not trading as low as it should.

All seems a little diffuse. My book begins to turn into a warrant trash heap.

A surprise was possible: the MSMA management fought vigorously to get the deal done including defeating what appears to be a frivolous lawsuit. Of course, management and shareholders (amongst them hedge funds who are possibly trading on inside knowledge) are 2 different things.

I would not rule out that the massive selling in warrants is orchestrated by those in the know or the sleigh of hand of those who later attend the shareholder votes.

We will only know later when the current reincarnation of blind pools will be closed, too.
