Stay warm, Ken! Keep those candles and flashlights handy, just in case. Our merchants were out of business mostly through the entire busiest weekend of the year during the storm here, plus the groceries lost millions of dollars of products that were to be refrigerated, and of course, no one could get gas for the cars because there was no electricity in most communities. Heard this AM that one town in I think Loveland Co had 54+ inches of snow so far....Glen Ellen, or something like that.....Even by CO standards in the Rockies, THAT is a lot of snow....

Best Wishes for a quick recovery there....!

I really feel sorry for the merchants who can't even get in to open their shops today. That's a major expense for them this time of year.

Heard a story on the radio tonight about a woman and her husband who run a grocery. They slept in the store last night and opened today. One of the few. They are doing a bang-up business.
