That's exactly my thesis for 2007. Subprime "Brazil Americans" have continued softness but it has no real impact on the overall economy and corporate profitabiliy.

Too many bears think arm resets and subprime mortgages are going to bring down the whole economy. I don't think so.

Brazil Americans are getting marginalized and their slow leak into oblivion will last a number of years.
