Seems to me we should expect higher legal expenses for the next couple of years.

Perhaps the AH action to the downside was small because the announcement came well after the market was closed and the big institutional holders were not available to act on the news. Are they going to run for the exits today because it sure looks like the Q is dead money for a while in spite of the fact that their business is GREAT. Looks like the reason Q was NOT buying back their stock last quarter is because of insider news, namely, BAD re the NOKIA quagmire - where they may get a free ride until 2008, the Pantech non payment, the exhoribtant legal fees to date, the increase in legal fees once they go to jury trials, etc. etc.
I thank you in advance for all opinions. I am very very distressed
