Jury trial scheduled for January 9th (if I remember correctly) in the "Boor Com" case. It's unfortunate that the company has to pay these expenses, but it's been foisted on the company. Attorney fees are not a place to skimp when so much is at stake. Most legal fees are not incurred in the trial itself but in the pre-trial discovery, preparation, research, motions, and prep for trial.
