Does anyone know the timeline for the cases involving qualcomms claims that nokia uses qualcomm patents in gprs and edge, aka the GSM infringement cases? If these start to go against nokia, that seems like our best hope for some kind of overall settlement. I though they where coming up later 2007, but maybe someone here knows the real timeline. I do recall when asked during a CC if a license was expected by end of 2008, that Altman had said various court cases would have progressed enough by then that a settlement by then was likely. He may have been referring to the GSM infringement cases.
