My boy turned 8 today @ 8:23am. Now that he's 8 he can be in punt, pass & kick next year. He wants to win it like the old man did. I hope he can! I'm not sure he's ready yet but he will be by next fall. He can also play tackle football next year. I have to teach him some of my terrible tricks like spitting on the ball to gross out the center. I also had what I believe was the greatest nasty of all. From time to time I'd throw up during a game. When I did I'd throw up in my hands so I could wipe it on the face/chest of a defensive player. Yes - it was nasty but I was an intense competitor - losing was not an option. Bush league hits were part of my game on defense. On offense I was the QB and I never ran out of bounds if there was someone to run over. Call it bad sportsmanship but we didn't lose a game for two years.
