Do you blame the liquor store for the alcoholic's drinking problem? I blame the alcoholic for drinking too much not the business who supplied the booze.

I blame a liquor store for selling booze to an alcoholic that is broke and will never be able to pay for his purchases, and then demanding that responsible, solvent non-alcoholics foot the bill to bail out the store.
