No Preferred just common. Oh well.

EPIX too but with preferred and warrants.

WASHINGTON, Dec 22 (Reuters) - EPIX Pharmaceuticals Inc. (EPIX.O: Quote, Profile , Research) on Friday said it may periodically sell up to $75 million in common and preferred stock and warrants.

The company said it plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, which may include clinical trials, research and development, regulatory activities and product marketing.

Under a shelf registration filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, a company may sell securities in one or more separate offerings with the size, price and terms to be determined at the time of sale.

jf; [nxxi] settlement with GNC

$2,600,000 cash of other income or a 4 cent gain on settlement to NXXI

GNC will stock Chromax and a min. purchase of 30,000 bottles for the 07 and 08 calendar year at 9.75 per bottle so gross revenues of $292,500 each year. That is another 4800 store where we will be stocked.

GNC will pay us of ingredients sales for the GNC private lable chromium picolinate the amount per kilogram was undisclosed.

Also, I didnt know that GNC provided the private label for Rite aid which will now start to be produced by Nutrition 21 on Jan 31, 2007.

So this is a win win for us and i dont understand why we arent up higher on this news.
