yes well I posted yesterday that a friend bought a house here last month for $810- very desirable area, and a 1250 sq ft little 3br 1ba bungalow that was 500sq ft smaller than her new updated house, right next door, went for $670K in 02 and $803K in 05.

I can only conclude that prices have reverted to 02/03 levels for some expensive areas here.

Having said that, there seems to be some deals so it isn't like the early 90s when real estate just stopped dead.
