What I always think is ironic is Bush reaching out to our allies. There must be a lot of "told ya so's" out there.

i think you may have that reversed!

Venezuela seems to be operating on all 8 cylinders in the democracy field. Dumbya's problem is that he only likes democracy when the vote goes his way.
