In my prior post substitute "financial assets" where I put common stock. The total financial assets held by the top 5% are higher than I indicated, at 72.2% for the top 5% versus 65.3% held by the top 5% for all common stocks. So the data is even more skewed to the wealthy, than my prior post indicated.

"And what do the "financial assets" that the Bully class holds consist of? Beside corporate stock, there are a bunch of claims on the debts owed by the bottom 80%. Platform that"

So what happens to the Bully "assets" when the bottom 80% starts defaulting? Asset deflation?

"the bottom 2/3 of American society have next to nothing in net worth."

What happens when this group's cash flow goes negative, their credit gets cut off? They "can't eat" whatever meager assets they have. They will have to liquidated them or drastically cut spending.

The top 1% plutocrats hold 36.9% (based on EPI's probably now too low 2004 data) of all common stock, or $14.95 trillion. The next 4% Bully class holds 28.4% or $11.6 trillion. In total the top 10% Bully class in America holds 78.8% or $31.9 trillion. The bottom 80% and growing Brazil America class holds 9.4%, or only $3.8 trillion, and that's AFTER a four year bull market, whoppie!

If you can point me at the applicable Z1 section(s) and whatever EPI is, I can set aside an hour or so to do what I can with another version of this chart? That Gavekal spin crud made my blood boil.
