TJ, money doesn't buy brains [not without some genetic engineering]. You can't make a silk purse of a sow's ear.

$2 trillion would be better spent on CDMA than education. That would be a significant construction of a vast brain which the stupid could use to enhance their pathetic 1kg of wet chemistry. I, for example, can click on Google and hey presto, much more information than will fit in my head even with $10 trillion in education.
