Income tax lies primarily on the worker.

OTOH, Clinton signed a tax break giving the rich a free pass on $500k in capital gains every 2 years. Workers would love the same. Estimates are that this has cost the cofers over $200 billion in lost tax dollars.

That's another point of contention. I'd very much like to have the same benefits as congressmen and senators.
