<<Life in Real Estate as we know it, has changed.>>

Life as we know it in real estate has changed lately, but has it changed long-term????? Real estate life always changes in five-to-ten-year increments.....but again, does it change long-term? Maybe in Florida, yes, because the insurance companies and Mama Nature via hurricanes seem to weigh in there, somewhere, in terms of what they do to the local economies.

Meanwhile, the rest of the country seems to be swinging in the breeze due to local/national/global economic developments. No one knows where national real estate is going in the broad sense....forces outside of it will decide. Jobs will continue to be the primary local decision-maker...just my opinion.

'Life in Real Estate as we know it, has changed.'

It seemed to change dramatically from my vantage point earlier this decade and now completely did a 360 degree turn 'south' from only a year ago.. The years since 2002 are anything but normal..
