rrufff - So, in summary we have the following:

1. You are valuing the combined Sulja and Sam operations at $48 million or $0.08/share based on a 4 times revenue multiple and it is your opinion that this is what SLJB would trade at if it is not priced as a scam. You also state that the current price of $0.017 has already scam priced into it. You have emphasized that the 4 times revenue valuation is your opinion. Your valuation leads to a $24 million value for SAM, which was recently acquired by SLJB for only $0.6 million.

2. I have valued the combined Sulja and Sam operations at about $1.2 million or $0.002/share based on comparable transactions of a 0.10 times revenues mulitiple with similar industry, geographical location, size and timing of the transaction. I am also saying that the current $0.017/share stock price does not include the "scam" factor and could very well drop considerably from this level to about $0.001 once formal charges of fraud are brought by the OSC and SEC leading people to believe that it is a scam, or simply once people realize that it is a scam when (if ever) the audited financials are released by SLJB showing significant discrepancies in the previously reported revenues of $65 million and pre-tax income of $26 million (such as less than $10 million revenues and a net loss).

So we have different opinions on where this stock is going to trade. That is fine. That is what these message boards are for.

Now, lets look at your other comments. You seem to have increased your level of personal attacks and insults. I fail to understand why you are doing this since I thought we were going to have a civil debate on these matters.

here are some of your personal attacks and insults just in this one post of yours:

You misrepresent my posts, but that seems typical of what you do

You seem to be a bit inexperienced and want to limit yourself to valuations that buyers use in non-public markets. Clearly, that makes no sense.

Again, as you seem to be having problems with basic reading comprehension,

Let's recognize that your opinion of .001 is quite arbitrary and shared by a similar styled blogging professional.

Yet, I've shown in the previous posts that your inexperience in these markets

You lie about my posts. You want your opinion to be the one that counts. Clearly, you have an agenda.

rrufff - are you still saying that the 1.7 cents per share stock price for SLJB already included a "scam" component to it and therefore was limited in how much farther it could drop?

well,

It dropped to 1.1 cents today upon the announcement by the OSC of the allegations that appear to be the issuance of false and misleading press releases and the sale of unregistered securities.

any comments on the following from the Ontario Securities Commission?
