I always learn something new from you, MP. Will try the Pinot with salmon; I grill salmon pretty often, have smoked it at home several times, as well as bluefish once.

Wow, if that is a simple meal you'll have to tell us of more complex ones.

I like to buy South African Chenin Blancs when I can find them. There isn't a lot of distribution in California.
