It's possible TELK's decline today and the rest of the week may be somewhat exaggerated by lots of tax-loss selling and window-dressing. Also, shorts may want to wait until 2007 to take their profits. So, the stock might rebound a bit in January.

OT: Sorry, but I thought the the settlement date of the transaction -- which often lags by a few days -- was the day that counted to the IRS.
