The boomers were coming anyway but low rates and 500k tax free every two years was like pouring methanol on the fire.

Don't get me wrong, Clinton did some good things and he likely had no idea of the "stimulus" that would reverberate through the housing industry because of a tax break on $500k.

But it has happened and we are going to go through the consequences. The real danger occurs when the government goes around feeling the need to "stimulate".
