No nation or empire lasts forever, so in that sense they all collapse. I can'tprove it. I can't give you a numerical value. It should be self evident that good things (including nations, empires) will last and that evil things do not last. You can see it in people. Good people tend to thrive. Evil people run into a lot of trouble. You see it in kids. You can see that evil little kids are not going anywhere. Of course there are exceptions. Usually that occurs when the evil doer pretends to do good and their enablers provide support.
