I think people who collect shoes are morons- those were my words. I also said that apple markets directly to the female and homosexual market- to wit their ipod advertising is almost ALWAYS in the style of jewelry advertising. How about you march over to apple's advertising agency and demand they're all fired because they market to an extremely profitable market. Tell them how any company who markets to a certain segment is immoral, and anyone who discusses that should be banned. You're grasping at straws, trying to get ME banned right now, and you can't think of anything better than to try and label me as a homophobe. Here's a hint, MrSourCream- I live next to the Castro. Right next to it. You calling me a homophobe is going to work for exactly one second if you care to continue this argument to its final conclusion. ---------------- Apparently you think the use of the word "moron" (in reference to ipod colletors), sexist comments about women, and homosexual stereotypes are acceptable? Yes I differ on this with you. I don't think these comments are egregious enough for a ban. Implying that homosexuals or women use ipods more frequently than others is no big deal. I personally think that people who watch CSI are morons but that's just an opinion. You might disagree but I think it's no biggie. Use the ignore. I don't think we need to get ban happy. There was no direct personal name calling. The mere threat has toned down the offending member somewhat so as long as he remains reasonably civilized I agree that he should be tolerated. In fact you may educate him enough that he'll start using forks and spoons to feed himself soon. : v ) Just kidding.

IHSC - I can see why people would be upset with me. Such woeful timing. It's funny, because I had a feeling KIS would be stepping over the line this week, as I watched the Apple news, and I kept thinking it would really rankle people if I weren't around to take action. And indeed that seems to have been the case, though I had no idea that he would go over the top before that news had come out. - Allen PS: I did take my MacBook Pro to the hospital with me, but had a problem with it and was unable to get online from there. Not that I would have been in much of a condition to post or to moderate anyway. In fact, I'm still on pain meds, and should probably quit while I'm way behind this evening.
