Now, they can't seem to send out the next discount offer.

The latest data showed large inventory increase at wholesalers and retailers. With Christmas sales short of expectations they have to unload the stock at any price, otherwise, they would have to sell it for even less next month. I always shop for big ticket items in February/March, the slowest months of the year. One can get great deals out of hungry retailers.

I bought a Dyson at a major chain w/ a 20% off coupon. Makes me think there's tremendous markup in $500 plastic vacuum cleaners. It not only sucks, you can see it sucking. <g>
