Will the fed use interest rates to pay for the war? That will affect everything.

Right now real estate in SoCal is down 15 to 20% with cheap loans which might be perceived as a safer bet than the market so...

If rates go up 2% all that changes.

I think he's probably pretty accurate but possibly a little overboard at 30% warnings.
