I recall sitting and writing for 3 days in July of 1961 in the ball room of the Student Union Building on the University of Washington campus. Of course, by that time I already had a law degree from the University of Washington. I do not recall the security arrangements but I do recall that you had to have a proctor accompany you to the rest room if necessary.
