Things are ok. I got a divorce which wasn't what I wanted but she had a fling, was treating me like dirt and so we filed. I feel really bad for my son but he's doing well. I was knocked out of my Fantasy league in the semi finals

You were doing the bank gig last I talked to you. PM me and tell me what you think I could expect for income under the same circumstances. I'd love to be a closer but I'd want to be compensated well. You know what my close average was last year? I just calculated it today because I did my final appointments for the year. It wasn't as high as I thought it was but it was still killer. 87.3% of everyone I talked with last year I closed.
