I coached football for 3 years for the NFL YMCA league program. My boys won 2 championships in 3 years. Now its onto Pop Warner next year. My kids know the game pretty well....now I have to make them mean and show them the appropriate place to vent their angst. Isn't coaching the greatest? After the games I'd say - ok boys - lets go have a beer.....A ROOT BEER! You had kids before me but I've surprised myself...I'm not a bad dad. I've kind of become the neighborhood dad for several kids. I drive in and they'll be sitting on the porch waiting for me LOL. Its football or hoops all year long. On Sundays I'll have 4-8 boys at my house watching football.....my pizza expense is out of this world LOL
