I'd like to do about $250k. I can do mortgages, insurance, securities etc. I have my 6, 7, 66, 63 and 24. I think I bring decent value to the table and I'll have 21 years of experience in February

I should point out that I WILL NOT do cold calls. Thats not where I should be used anyhow. I should be used as a closer, sales rep and marketing.
