"Why should that matter? It's not their money, it's yours and mine" OF COURSE it's THEIR MONEY... they are public and private corporations after all. And, (excepting for the price of catastrophe insurance, and nuclear waste disposal, both of which your friendly Uncle Subsidy is is sticking the American taxpayer for) the expenses of utility construction are born by the investors --- which is why these companies are not falling for the Bush N.R.C.'s 'shell game', and are asking rational questions about what will be required of them in the way of terrorism protection... before they spend their money.
