Where have you been? It is already public knowledge that Jobs knew the backdating issue, although we will have to wait and see whether he knew the faked document issue.

S&P Reiterates Buy on "Unconfirmed" Reports
APPLE COMPUTER
Symbol: AAPL
S&P REITERATES BUY OPINION
ON SHARES OF APPLE COMPUTER
Recent Price : $81.51
Recommendation:

Shares are indicated lower this morning following an unconfirmed report from The Recorder and Marketwatch that federal prosecutors are investigating stock option administration documents. The article also states that CEO Steve Jobs hired outside legal representation, separate from AAPL's lawyers.
Although the stock option investigations may lead to financial restatements, additional legal costs, and management distraction, we see positive near-term catalysts aiding stock performance. Our 12-month
target price remains $110.
