This could possibly be another buyer. I regard this as a hot area (PUMPS). Due to world infrastructure building at the Municipal and corporate level. GE is in the water business big. Someone needs to pump it.

IDEX Closes on Five-Year, $600 Million Credit Facility to Replace Its Existing Revolver

NORTHBROOK, Ill. (AP) -- IDEX Corp., which makes pumps and valves, on Friday said it closed on a $600 million amended credit facility.

The five-year, senior revolving credit facility replaces the company's previous $600 million credit facility, which was scheduled to expire on Dec. 14, 2009.

IDEX financed the new credit facility through a syndication of 15 financial institutions, co-led by Banc of America Securities LLC and Wachovia Capital Markets LLC.

Shares of IDEX lost 30 cents to $46.46 in midday trading on the New York Stock Exchange.

Gorman-Rupp Subsidiary Receives Order for Orleans Flood Control Pumps

MANSFIELD, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Gorman-Rupp Company (AMEX:GRC - News) reports that its subsidiary Patterson Pump Company has received an order for approximately $15.0 million for pumps to be used in New Orleans, Louisiana flood control.

The eight pumps ordered have a capacity of 135,000 gallons per minute each and will be installed at the London Avenue Pumping Station in conjunction with a Corps of Engineer project. It is anticipated that all of the pumps will be shipped and revenue received by mid-year 2007.

The Gorman-Rupp Company designs, manufactures and sells pumps and related equipment (pumps and motor controls) for use in water, wastewater, construction, industrial, petroleum, original equipment, agriculture, fire protection, heating ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC), military and other liquid handling applications.
