So you sell $56.35 of GOOG-EBAY-VLO, pay 1% commission, and you have $55.79 cash and $97.59 total. So you can put $48.79 into JDSA at $12.30 for 3.967 shares, and you have $7.00 left over to put into AMPX at $20.84 for an additional 0.34 shares.

So, your new position looks like this:

snookcity
Stock Price Shares Value Cost Change
PTEK $8.28 1.923 $15.92 $10.40 -20%
JSDA $12.30 3.967 $48.79 $12.30 0%
AMPX $20.84 1.577 $32.87 $16.11 29%
snookcity Total = $97.59
