BJ...I think the CEO has had a piece of tape placed over his mouth by their lawyers...they don't need anymore lawsuits. The only positive thing I've seen of late is the fact that short interest dropped by nearly 10%. But on the otherhand, there are only a few shares shorted, thus 10% "ain't" much. Still haven't bought and on this one will probably wait until they hear results from FDA. Being clipped once is enough for me!
