Hi Max .... Your gonna have to trust me .... I posted the article "as is" so as to acknowledge it. And based on what it said ... my prior statements were wrong. At xmas some of the folks in my mom's house were mortgage writers .... and their message was (for a pretty high income state) inventories are doubled (yr ov yr) and rising. they said: the domino effect was still in front of us and that people that owned two properties would be forced by hook or crook to dump one or have it taken away and that this extra inventory was gonna be a problem ... because inventory IS a problem right now ... Max - I cannot "prove" any of the above ... it was conversation over drinks .... but thats what their message was .... regards, John
