I see several sites from India fussing about this, as well as some Leftwing sites, BUT NOT A SINGLE site that shows anything including date this was concluded in the first place from any US Congressional site. Perhaps you could supply the links to the US Congress so we can see when it was voted on, and who approved it.

As you know, the President doesn't make the laws...Congress does.

Personally, if it were just up to me, I'd not sell our military equipment to either India or Pakistan.
