They it is becoming quite popular! A very nice setting to live in what with all of the great mt views, but still only an hour or so away from all of the amenities. Plus the skiing, fishing, hiking, rafting and all other outdoor fun stuff. We want to live near the kids, but we want to do all of those other things.

We have friends who bought 2 acres on the Wallace River a couple of yrs ago. They have a gorgeous view and plenty of privacy, yet can easily get to their work and kids places in 45 min to an hour. We want to be in a mt setting yet be close to family etc. The hwy 2 corridor is prefect. And land is still reasonable.
